I typed my shipping address wrong, can I change it?

It is not possible to make changes to orders from the time of checkout. However, you can send an email to so we can see if it is possible to cancel the order.

We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change the address.

How can I send a product as a gift?

The only way to send a product as a gift is to fill in the shipping address with the address of the person to whom you want to offer the same product.

What is the delivery time for orders?

The delivery time for orders varies according to region and country. However, here you can find the delivery time estimates:

1. Mainland Portugal: 5 working days

2. Islands (Azores and Madeira): 8 working days

3. Europe: 10 working days

4. Rest of the World: 10 working days

These deadlines are only indicative and may vary according to the carrier's availability.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the referred deadlines may change.

How can I monitor my order?

If you selected the shipping option with tracking, you will receive an email with the order code and the distributor's website in order to be able to monitor your order.

The tracking code is not working

We ask that you wait until the end of the day as the tracking code may not be active yet. If, after the end of the day, it still does not work, send an email to and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I return an order?

It is possible to return an order as long as it is made within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

The products have not been washed or used and still have all the labels attached to the products;

The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (the carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged);

The product is complete (eg both items in a pair must be returned);

How to return an order?

To make a return, it is necessary to send the product back to LIGHT YEARS AWAY with the reason for the return. For that, it will be necessary to contact so that we can send the steps to be taken for the return.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with external and internal labels still attached to the products, unused and in perfect condition. If they do not meet the described characteristics, no refund will be made.

Do I have to pay the return of an order?

If we find that the return is being made for defective product reasons, LIGHT YEARS AWAY will cover the shipping costs. In the case of a refund due to withdrawal, shipping costs will not be refunded.
